Audit Exempt

An increasing number of companies in Ireland no longer require a statutory audit. Nevertheless, these companies are still required to prepare financial statements in a prescribed manner and which comply with Financial Reporting Standards.

Company directors are responsible for ensuring that their company maintains proper books of account and for preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view and have been prepared in accordance with the relevant Companies Acts.
